Meet Nicole
I grew up on an old homestead across the Columbia in Rainier, Oregon. I decided early on that I enjoyed working for myself and wanted to own my own business after watching my father for many years who was an entrepreneur. I decided to attend college while working full time in order to help me be successful in business. I graduated from Portland State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resources. I was very intrigued in the real estate classes while attending PSU. So I decided to get my license so that I could start a new hobby while deciding what I was going to do with the rest of my life. My love for real estate grew as I watched people find the homes of their dreams or first-time homeowners starting a new adventure. Upon graduation I continued to work full time as a General Manager at a local movie theater in Cowlitz County for 5 years while doing real estate part time. Many times I wanted to quit my corporate job and pursue real estate full time, however with the market’s up and downs I was unable to commit myself full time with a mortgage of my own. I made the decision to become a full time Realtor after the birth of my son. I was elated that now I was able to work for myself and help more people buy/sell their homes and find perfect fits for those that were looking.
As a fellow homeowner, I know what concerns people have when looking to buy as well as sell their home. I know that you have many options when it comes to choosing the right agent. You want someone that will listen to your concerns and provide answers when you would like advice. I do just that. I believe that making yourself available to your clients is key to a great partnership and relationship.
